Delivery
Over 98% of Burnside Kilt hire company Ltd. orders processed before 3pm are dispatched the next working day, Subject to the following. Burnside Kilt hire company Ltd. will endeavour to dispatch any order placed before 4pm by Royal Mail or next working day courier delivery service. Information will be shown in the description of individual items. We aim to deliver goods to you within the time scale indicated but we cannot give an exact delivery time or date. We also may deliver the goods in several consignments, but will not charge any extra delivery for this. You will be informed by e-mail when your goods have been dispatched from our warehouse.

Should you have any problems ie

* If you do not receive your goods within 7 days.
* You have items missing or your goods are damaged from delivery.

Please contact us immediately via the contact us page. If you do not contact us within seven working days from date of receipt, we may assume your goods have been delivered in perfect condition. If we have not dispatched the goods within 30 days of expected delivery then you may cancel the contract. We will refund any monies paid by you.
If our couriers attempt to delivery your goods and no recipient was available to take delivery, they will take your goods back to the local depot and hold your package for upto 3 working days, if the package has not been successfully delivered within the time given the order will be returned back to us and classed as a failed delivery. If you order has been classed as a failed delivery, we can either re-send your order (at your cost) or a refund will be issued for the order less any delivery costs incurred by us.

Damaged or defective goods
You should inspect your goods immediately upon delivery for defects, damages or shortage. Please note images used on our web site are for illustration purposes only and may differ from actual products received. If you find any defects or damages you must inform us by write to us as soon as possible and we will arrange the return of your goods, either to us, or the manufacturer. Warranty on all items, are RTB (Return to Base) excluding items damaged in transit, (these will be replaced at no cost to you). If the goods are found to be damaged or defective prior to delivery to you, we will repair or replace the goods or refund the price paid by you.
Burnside Kilt hire company Ltd. cannot be held responsible for losses or damages arising from failures of used or 2nd user goods supplied.Your statutory rights as a consumer is not affected by this

Returns
To return any goods to us, your first must email sales@burnsidehighlanddress.co.uk or call us direct on 01324 638 575 and we will supply you with returns reference number. Please ensure that you clearly label all goods for return with your Name, email address, and returns reference number. Then send your goods to
